I have been ordering my ink cartridges on line for several years and the service has been excellent. I got used to not paying for shipping but I understand why it is necessary to charge freight. I wish once in while I could receive a coupon.

I was replacing the ac adapter on my Dell laptop. The old one started showing an error message that it was not recognized as being a Dell adapter, then stopped working. The new ac adapter has ALREADY begun to display the same error message.

THings went rather well. I'm not a computer expert and had to go through so much material, but once I found what I was doing it went well. I would like to receive a current phone number where I could make the purchase by phone. I'm having difficulty getting a number without a lot of confusing connections. Thank you for your assistance.
